Domestic Shipping


Shipping Locations

Applies to shipping addresses within Canada and the continental US. For APO shipping addresses and shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contact us directly to place your order. The standard shipping rates and times do not apply for orders with such shipping addresses.

Processing Times

The general processing time for orders is 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Most orders will ship within 1 business day. If we cannot ship the order within 2 business days of the order being placed, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to inform you of the options available for your order.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rates displayed online are based on UPS and FedEx rates for standard ground shipping. The standard ground shipping options are FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground, UPS SurePost or UPS Ground, depending on the items being purchased and their destination. Shipping rates can be seen by adding your desired items to the Shopping Cart, entering your zip/postal code in the Shipping Calculator, and clicking the Update Cart button.
Please note that both UPS and FedEx have a minimum billable weight of 2 pounds for any shipment. Lighter items will be charged at a 2 pound shipping rate rather than at their actual weight.

Shipping Times

Your order should arrive within 1-8 business days of the ship date. Shipping is not available on weekends or holidays. Shipping/delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed for Standard Shipping. We can provide an estimated shipping/delivery timeframe based on your destination, however this can vary from the actual delivery date. Standard shipping/delivery timeframes vary based on the shipping carrier.

Expedited/Overnight Shipping

If you require a faster shipping method than Standard Shipping, please include a comment in the Comments section of your order (in the Shopping Cart page). Please include the date you would like to receive your order by. A Customer service representative will contact you within 1 business day and provide you with the expedited/overnight shipping options and additional costs.

Rush Shipping

If you would like your order to be shipped the same business day as you place your order, your order would need to be placed before 11:00am EST. Please note that all same day orders are considered rush orders and there is a minimum $50.00 USD charge in addition to the item and shipping charges for such orders. If you would like to place an order as a rush order, please leave a note in the Comments section of your order (in the Shopping Cart page) stating that you would like the order to be shipped today. One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to let you know if it is possible and to get your payment information for the extra charge.

Notes

- Any changes to the shipping address or method need to be made prior to the order entering the shipping process. Once the order is in the shipping process, the order cannot be modified.
- The Felt Store reserves the right to use any of our regular carriers to ship your order based what we determine to be the best method for the items and destination. The customers shipping address must be able to accept deliveries by any of these carriers.
- If the provided shipping address cannot accept a specific shipping method (USPS, Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx), you must inform us prior to shipping in order for us to accommodate the change in shipping method.
- The Felt Store has the right to refuse shipping to a PO Box if we deem that the packaged item may not fit into such a delivery location. One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to inform you and to request a street address for delivery.
- Delivery exceptions may increase shipping/delivery timeframes for all shipping methods. The Felt Store is not responsible for any shipping delays that may result from delivery exceptions (ex: weather-related, forwarding address, incorrect address, etc.).
- We will not refund shipping on orders that are refused on delivery unless The Felt Store acknowledged being notified in advance of the date of shipping.
- We will not refund shipping on orders that cannot be delivered due to customer error (ex: incorrect address, incomplete address, undeliverable address, etc.). If you would like the order to be re-shipped to a different shipping address, a new order will need to be placed.


Pick Up Orders


Pick Up Location

Currently, pick up orders are only available at our Mississauga, Ontario office location. Pick up orders are not available from our West Seneca, New York location.

Processing Times

The general processing time for pick up orders is 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. When the order is ready for pick up, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to inform you and to provide you with the details for the pick up.

Rush Orders

If you would like your order to be picked up the same business day as you place your order, your order would need to be placed before 11:00am EST. Please note that all same day orders are considered rush orders and there is a minimum $50.00 USD charge in addition to the item and shipping charges for such orders. If you would like to place an order as a rush order, please leave a note in the Comments section of your order (in the Shopping Cart page) stating that you would like the order to be picked up today. One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to let you know if it is possible and to get your payment information for the extra charge.

Notes

- Not all items are available for pick up. Only items in stock at the Mississauga, Ontario location will be available for pick up. If the item your are purchasing is not in stock at our Mississauga location at the time of the order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 1 business day to inform you and provide you with the options available for your order.
- To have your order be a pick up order, there will be a check box option for a pick up order on the last page of the checkout, next to the Shipping Address. Once you check this box, the shipping charge will be reduced. If the shipping cost does not go down, simply refresh the page with the Pick Up check box checked and it should change the cost.


International Shipping


We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates can be seen by adding your desired items to the Shopping Cart and clicking the "International Checkout" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Shipping Times

We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. Shipping is not available on weekends or holidays. Shipping/delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed for Standard Shipping.

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping is currently not available for international orders.
